The PulseLAN app: privacy by design

The PulseLAN application is built to keep your data on your own network:

• No accounts and no sign-up. You do not create a profile or give us personal information to use the app.
• No in-app analytics or tracking. We do not collect telemetry about how you use the app.
• Local test traffic stays local. When you run a LAN speed test, the test data travels only between your devices on your own network — it never reaches us.
• Optional internet speed test. The only feature that contacts the internet is the optional internet speed test, and it asks for your consent before it runs.

This website

When you visit pulselan.com, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information in server logs — such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the time of your request. This is used only to operate and secure the site, and it is not used to build a profile of you.

Advertising and cookies

This website displays advertising through Google AdSense. To do this, Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
